Shipping Courier & Time Estimates
All parcels are shipped through Canada Post.
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of purchase (Mon-Fri).
These shipping times are based on Canada Post's website. From my experience, it can take anywhere from 10 - 30 business days using Small Packet International Air. For a peace of mind I'd highly suggest purchasing the tracked options.
National Canada:
Regular Parcel (Tracked): 4 - 10 business days
Expedited Parcel (Tracked): 2 - 8 business days
Xpresspost (Tracked): 2 business days
International:
Small Packet International Air (No Tracking) : 6 - 12 business days
Tracked Packet International (Tracked) : 6 - 12 business days
Xpresspost International (Tracked) : 4 - 7 business days
Please note that once the parcel is handed over to the postal service, Matpet Studio no longer have direct control over its transit or delivery timeframe.
If your parcel is marked as 'delivered' but you haven't received it, kindly notify us as soon as possible. This will enable us to assist you promptly and initiate the process of filing a lost parcel complaint with the post office. Please be aware that a full refund (or a refund at all) is not guaranteed, as each case is subject to investigation by the postal service.

Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the final product price. Matpet Studio does not cover these extra fees.

Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of lost-wax casting and that all items are handmade, all pieces have a human touch to it and may come with minor 'flaws'. All sales are final and there'll be no refunds, returns or exchanges.
That being said, if you are really unhappy with the piece, do email me and inquire about it within 14 days of your original order marked as 'delivered' to you via the post and we can discuss a way around the issue. We want you to love your jewelry as much as we do!
